Customer service is a complete disaster. We had ordered Baumkuchen, the delivery date stated was December 11th. Now I have neither Baumkuchen nor an explanation from the dealer. In several emails I asked what about my order, they only came up with excuses. That's not how you keep customers. Very annoying.

I like to shop in this company. AHA is well implemented there. People restriction and ventilate. The quality of the baked goods and Baumkuchen is fantastic. Please keep it up. Many Thanks

The delivery went quickly. That was it already. In terms of taste, the delivered Baumkuchen is unfortunately not good. Like the previous reviewer, the "annual rings" are hardly noticeable on our delivery. The dough is dry, maybe it was frozen? This is of course possible, but it has an impact on the taste. Shame, definitely not worth the money. We switch back to the competition, where we got to know a completely different tree beech. Not here again ...

Super friendly staff and a quality that I've appreciated for over 30 years and which, thank goodness, hasn't deteriorated since that time. Good old craft. For me the tastiest thing Salzwedel still has to offer. Please keep it up.

I wanted to buy Baumkuchen worth almost € 1,000. They thought that was funny! I didn't understand the humor and now I'm buying from the competition!

This Baumkuchen is really unique. This is what a Baumkuchen should look like & there is nothing to be discussed about this fantastic, juicy taste.

Delicious tree cake

Salzwedeler Baumkuchen are highly praised. I can not understand that. Not the burner, the calories I save with. Have a look what a tree cake has to look like. The "annual rings" are not recognizable at all. Whether it really is real Baumkuchen?
